Delivery or Collection
You may collect your order from the Awards4U showroom during our opening hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and between 8am – 12.30pm on Saturdays. Our showroom is located at: 847 Honeypot Lane Stanmore Middlesex HA7 1AR. We can also arrange to have your order delivered to you or your venue.
Deliveries by carrier are charged at £9.50 for small orders up to £30 and £15 for larger orders. Please note for Highlands and Islands delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 days. No charge is made if you collect your order.
There can be several areas on your award that may be suitable for engraving. Depending on the specific item you choose. You can either call us to discuss the position or we may call you.
Please e-mail all Glass Engraving instructions separately. If a Logo is required we need Black & White artwork preferably an EPS or PDF file or JPG at 300 DPI or greater. If you are unable to supply us in theses formats we can convert your artwork to what is required for a small charge.
Once you have sent in your order we will check the details and contact you to confirm it. Then we`ll arrange payment (if not paid online) and discuss collection or delivery options.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of Diners Club and American Express. We also accept cheques and BACS transfer. Orders paid by cheque will usually not be despatched until the funds have been cleared.

Returns Policy. You may return an item for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, however, where engraving has been applied directly onto an item, we will not be able to offer a refund if the original instructions were wrong or the wrong size trophy was ordered. Delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.We must approve all returns prior to their return. After a return has been received, it will usually take a week to process. If using a debit or credit card, refunds will have to be credited to the card you used to pay for the awards. If paying by cheque or bank transfer, a refund will be made by BACS.

Using the site
In the ‘Cart’ page, there is an ‘Update Cart’ button which will bring up an edited version of your basket.
You will be offered various options depending on the specific product you choose. These may include size variations, different centres and figures, lids, plinth bands and engraving options.
Using the left hand menu, select ‘Awards Specific Activities’ to reveal a drop down menu displaying items related to different specific sports.
While you are selecting how many items you want and adding extras, you will see the price in the box at the bottom of each section change accordingly. This is so you can check the total cost of the item.
All sizes of Awards, Glass etc are as near to the sizes indicated although they may vary by a millimetre or two.
